Online Office Applications: Zohowriter and GoodleDocs
This is a great idea, really useful for sharing documents, allows you to create and edit documents with colleagues online.
I signed into GoogleDocs and played around with a test document, really easy to use and plan on using it again soon.
Web 2 Awards List
A lot of interesting websites all listed on the one page, played around with it for a while and have saved the page to revisit at a later stage!

Tagging, Delicious and Technorati

Had a look at Tagging, Delicious and Technorati. I was aware of tagging having used flickr and understand the usefulness of Delicious and Technorati but didn't open an account as would not use it in my current work environment.

Online Photos and Images

I set up my flickr account, have been meaning to do this for a while, selected a couple of photos. I created a link on my flickr account to my blog. This is great for sharing with friends, need to upload the rest of my photos!

Flickr Mashups etc... Fd toys and big huge labs great for customising photos to posters and calendars, you can really get creative with these and make ideal gifts!

Image Generator.com or letterJames, again can create graphics for photos, postcards/christmas cards etc....

Podcasting

Podcasting is an audio or video recording of an event eg. radio show, interview etc... It is a handy resource and podcasts are available for download almost immediately after broadcast. Podcasts are available in every area of interest. You can subscribe to receive podcasts via RSS feeds. I downloaded iTunes to my pc and subscribed to one of Today fm show's as they are not available to add to RSS feeds, this is then added to my library on iTunes and will update automatically after each broadcast. iTunes can also automatically update to your iPhone, iPod or Apple Tv, unfortunately I do not have any of these so not much use to me at present!

YouTube: Lady Gaga~Bad Romance
Delighted it worked! I couldn't figure out how to download a video until I went to the FAQ section on the 23 things web page and there is a full page on embedding a video into your blog.
YouTube is easy to use and is great for watching and sharing videos of music, tv and random stuff. It is easy enough to upload clips (when you know how) but you can easily get carried away with so much to choose from. I could have spent the rest of the day on YouTube but have work to do so just picked another song!
